Vietname Coffee Recipe*
●1. Heat water until very hot.
●2. Add 20g condensed milk a to glass.
●3.Place Vietnamese drip on top of the glass.
●4. Pour 15g coffee.
5. Add 120ml water last.
Instructions:
●1. Add 1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
●2. Place a Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) on top of the glass.
●3. Add 2 tablespoons Vietnamese coffee grounds to the filter.
●4. Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to bloom.
●5. Wait 20-30 seconds, then fill the filter with hot water.
●6. Wait for the coffee to drip through (about 2-3 minutes).
●7. Serve
hot, or add ice for a cold coffee drink.
